Osama Abu El-Yazid Ahmed El-Wishi graduated from the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University in 2004 and subsequently joined the Egyptian Bar Association to practice law. During this time, he continued his academic studies, obtaining a Diploma in Criminal Sciences, followed by a Diploma in Public Law, and finally a Master of Laws in Public Law, all from Alexandria University in 2009.
He also completed several specialized courses in various branches of law, including Commercial Arbitration, Family Courts, and Applied Sciences at the Center for Legal and Economic Studies and Research, Faculty of Law, Alexandria University, Egypt.
Lawyer Osama moved to the Sultanate of Oman in 2011 to work for one of the largest law firms in Oman. He was subsequently registered as a lawyer with the Omani Ministry of Justice and has practiced law for several years, representing clients before Omani courts. During this time, he has handled numerous civil, commercial, personal status, and commercial arbitration cases for major companies in the Sultanate of Oman.
Lawyer Osama was also registered as a commercial arbitrator in 2017 with the Muscat Court of Appeal. He has published several legal articles in the legal section of Al-Ru'ya newspaper and lectured at the Institute of Management Technology in 2015 on drafting legal contracts, documents, and administrative decisions in the Sultanate of Oman.
